All CONNECT services
For all CONNECT services, Vianet provides the SIM, data and a single bill to cover all communications. The tariff is customised to reflect the needs of your business and high volume users can benefit from pooled data charges.
CONNECT 1 Services
CONNECT 1 enables remote devices located anywhere in Europe to send data via GPRS/3G to a central monitoring station, back office information centre or corporate ERP system with an Internet presence.
CONNECT 1+ provides a number of additional management and security features:
- Device security.
- Web-based asset register.
- Traffic monitoring and SIM management.
CONNECT 1 is ideal for alarms and monitoring where there is no benefit in being able to connect with the remote equipment.
CONNECT 2 Services
CONNECT 2 enables two-way communications with remote devices located anywhere in Europe. A central monitoring station, back office information centre or corporate ERP system can receive and transmit data with any device. All CONNECT 2 services provide:
- End to end data security.
- Secure web-based asset register.
- Traffic monitoring and SIM management.
CONNECT 2+ provides the additional benefit of a VPN link with corporate systems including technical advice and support to set it up.
CONNECT 2 is ideal for:
- Monitoring and managing remote equipment.
- Remote data retrieval and update of remote equipment.
- Secure communication of critical, commercial and sensitive data.
- Wireless operation of cashless payment devices for credit / debit card transactions.
